Use of Le Pass V.I.P. constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions and all future Program rules. These Terms and Conditions are only for le Pass V.I.P.
The Program is reserved only to our “rewarded loyalty guests” aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw membership where we believe, at our sole discretion, that the Pass V.I.P. has been misused.
Privileges:
• Le Pass V.I.P. entitles you to a free gift from La Table du Château at the same time of receiving your Pass V.I.P.
• Le Pass V.I.P. entitles the bearer to 10% discount from the total a la carte food bill and is valid for lunch and dinner at La Table du Château or when ordering a take-away or home delivery.
• As a member of Le Pass V.I.P. program, you will receive email communications containing exciting updates, exclusive event invitations, and other great offers from La Table du Château. We promise to keep the communication to a minimum and will contact you only when we have something exciting to share with you.
• As a member of Le Pass V.I.P., Visit La Table du Château during your birthday month and receive a free dessert and a free ticket to visit le Château de Labourdonnais.
• Card holders and one guest will be entitled to a free tea or coffee when purchasing a dessert. To take part in this offer show your Pass V.I.P. to the waiter upon ordering. Valid every day. This offer does not include liquor coffees. No minimum spend applies.
Membership conditions:
• Cards must be presented in the restaurant when requesting the bill, and your card will be swiped to authorize your discount.
• The card is valid everyday excluding Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, private parties and the period 15 December until 3 January inclusive.
• Your discount will automatically be deducted from your bill. Le Pass V.I.P. is strictly non-transferable and the credits gained cannot be redeemed for cash. The Pass V.I.P. cannot be used as a credit or guarantee card.
• Only one Pass V.I.P. may be used per table or order.
• The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special menus including business lunches or buffets.
• Le Pass V.I.P. card does not have an expiry date. However, we have the right to amend or remove the card from the business at any time. You have the right to cancel your membership of Le Pass V.I.P. card at any time, by returning it to La Table du Château.
• Members should retain all receipts or proof of purchase in case of discrepancy.
• Employees or family members of employees are not eligible.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change with La Table du Château’ sole discretion, at any time, without notice.
Home Delivery, Take away and Catering:
• Operators must be informed you wish to use Le Pass V.I.P. when ordering a take-away or delivery through La Table du Château. Please note our drivers are not authorized to give discount.
Loss and Theft:
• In case of loss or theft of your Pass V.I.P, the holder shall promptly inform the staff of La Table du Château. After verification of the identification data, the Customer will be issued a new card to replace the lost one, without any charge.
